Our Resilience DBT Skills Program offers comprehensive DBT - Individual DBT therapy, DBT Skills group treatment, and Family therapy DBT.
DBT, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a proven and Evidenced- Based CBT treatment that integrates the change-oriented techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with the acceptance strategies of eastern Zen practice - for a powerful and balanced approach to identifying and regulating emotions, and improving one’s ability to interact with others.

Resilience DBT Program Offers:
Individual DBT Therapy
Helps you monitor your thoughts, feelings, moods, urges, and behaviors on a 7-day basis with the DBT Diary Card as your Self-Monitoring Tool.
DBT Skills Group Training
Runs in rotating DBT Skills Modules – Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Core Mindfulness, Interpersonal Skills, and Middle Path for Adolescents & Adults.
For our clients participating in Individual DBT, phone coaching is offered on an As-Needed basis. During a phone coaching call, the client is reminded to use their “Wise Mind” to prevent an urge to be self-destructive or lose site of their personal goals.
